Overview: FoxBox Portable Storage is a rapidly growing company specializing in portable storage and temporary cold storage rentals in the Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska area. We are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our Omaha market. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, efficient logistics management, and occasional assistance with deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, logistics, customer service, and inventory management.
• Team Management: Support the full-time driver, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups, and maintaining high service standards.
• Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Scheduling: Coordinate daily schedules for deliveries, pickups, and maintenance tasks.
• Financial Management: Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on payments, and manage billing processes.
• Sales Support: Assist with sales efforts by following up on leads, generating new business, and promoting company services.
• Assist with Deliveries: Occasionally assist the driver with deliveries and pickups, particularly during peak times, driver absences, or when additional support is needed.
• Equipment Management: Ensure all equipment (trucks, forklifts, mules, etc.) is maintained and serviced regularly; coordinate repairs as needed.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage lot and facilities.

Requirements:.

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues promptly.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, implement solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required. Class B CDL preferred; willingness to obtain CDL if not currently held.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
