Foxconn Industrial Internet USA is Hiring a Network Administrator Near Sturtevant, WI
The Network Administrator will plan and implement network solutions, manage network security, and perform maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal network performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and design data communication networks, including LANs and WANs
- Install and configure network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Manage network security and implement measures to protect against cyber threats
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal network functionality
- Document network configurations, including drawings and descriptions
- Research and stay updated on advancements in network technologies
- Present network plans and reports to management staff
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration required
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network preferred
- Must be able able to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds and be able to stand/walk for 4-6 hours per day.
