Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mitigation Manager based in Tampa, FL. The Mitigation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the mitigation process for property damage restoration projects. This includes coordinating the mitigation team, assessing damage, developing mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and communicating with clients to provide updates on progress. The Mitigation Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Availability to work on-call and during emergency response situations
