FP Property Restoration is seeking a full-time Pensacola Operations Manager to facilitate and review restoration/construction jobs while expanding upon current carrier relationships within the Pensacola territory. The Operations Manager is to display the highest levels of customer service when serving clients and carrying out the vision set forth by the corporation. The right candidate will be hard working, reliable and a team player.
As an established Restoration, Construction & Cleaning Organization, we expect exceptional attention to detail and thorough documentation. FP Property Restoration is the preferred vendor for multiple insurance carriers in Florida.
Qualified candidates must be able to pass the onboarding screening process, which may include a background check or drug test.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage Project Managers and Estimators within Territory
· Oversee the meeting of goals for all divisions within your market
· Recruit, Hire and Train Both Mitigation & Repairs Staff as Needed
· Identify and Secure New Accounts
· Hiring and firing of personnel
· Evaluate performance and productivity
· Assist with the development of and the management of branch budgets
· Acquire New Commercial and Insurance Related Accounts
· Oversee the management of Budgets and Forecasts for repairs/mitigation
· Communicate And Negotiate with Insurance Carriers and Property Owners
· Work together with the Corporate Office on Inquires and Collections
· Exhibit Professionalism Always
· Use DASH & Encircle to Document All Projects
· Monitor Job Sites for Safety Issues, Quality and Training Opportunities
· Monitor Field Employee Timesheets for Hourly Mitigation Team
· Monitor Mitigation and Repair Project for Customer Satisfaction and Hand-offs
· Train And Coach Team Members That Operate Mitigation or Reconstruction Projects
· Hold Scheduled Production, Training and Staff Meetings with Your Team To Assist With Their Growth
· Development and continued stewardship of branch culture - in alignment with FP Restoration vision
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of 3 Years in Disaster Recovery Industry and/or Construction
· 3 Years of Xactimate Estimating Experience Required
· 3 Years of Symbility Estimating Experience Preferred
· IICRC Certification Preferred
· Superior Customer Service Skills
· Well-Spoken
· Financially Motivated
· Energetic
· Technologically Savvy
· Ability to pass a Background Check
· Driver’s License with Excellent Driving History
