Injection Molding - Molds and Machine

We are looking for a Process Technician who sets up the injection molds and injection molding machines. This custom Molding Company, located in Saint Petersburg Florida, supplies plastic parts to Medical and Industrial companies.

Company has been successfully supplying parts for 20 years and has both ISO 13485 and ISO 9000 certifications.

• 5 or more years experience in injection molding as a process technician, the candidate will be skilled in understanding of injection Molding process.
• Understanding of various plastic materials, colors
• Installation and removal of injection molds, adjusting injection molding machine to run - temperature, pressure, This includes setting up, tearing down, troubleshooting injection molds, adjusting process and adjusting cycle when necessary
• Equipment maintenance (PM) on injection molding machines / presses and auxiliary equipment
• Typical duties include mold changeovers, set-up / start-up, and processing injection molding machines
• Identifying and resolving process related issues ensuring proper quality by adjusting process parameters. Look for quality issues like knit lines, short shots and other molding defects.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Schedule : 8 hour shift, Day shift
• Fortune Personnel Consultants (Orlando office)
