The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems, apply lean manufacturing processes and has experience with welding and metal fabrication.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing & managing quality related efforts
- Oversee 3-5 direct reports
- Manage 3rd party inspection process
- Ensure proper quality processes and procedures are documented, implemented and executed
- Lead quality through process improvement events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
- 5 years' relevant work experience
- Prior work in welding, CWI preferred
- Metal fabrication experience preferred
