Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Back-End Engineer who is proficient in Go, Java, and Ruby. The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech and payment systems, along with a solid understanding of AWS. This role will involve developing, maintaining, and optimizing our payment platforms while also contributing to the overall architecture and infrastructure of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs using primarily Go, along with some Java and Ruby.
• Implement DevOps best practices to automate deployment pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and monitoring using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and Jenkins.
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems through continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products and processes.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing sessions to maintain code quality and foster a collaborative environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them grow their skills and capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong design skills, including micro services architecture and OOP
• Strong proficiency in front-end development using React Native for mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS, and experience with infrastructure as code tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Git.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the fintech industry or developing payment systems is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
