The BWR Training Specialist will be responsible for BWR Refuel related training, reporting directly to the RDT Training Supervisor. The Training Supervisor determines the training required for each resource, and the BWR Training Specialist is responsible for implementation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Your Total Rewards PackageThe range of base salary for the position is between $34.00 - $43.27 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

- Experienced BWR Refueling Instructor.
- Advanced knowledge of BWR Refueling Equipment and Tasks.
- Effective communication up, down, and across the organization and ability to present as a speaker in meetings.

The BWR Training Specialist will be responsible for BWR Refuel related training, reporting directly to the RDT Training Supervisor. The Training Supervisor determines the training required for each resource, and the BWR Training Specialist is responsible for implementation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain training material.
- Incorporate lessons learned and operating experience.
- Perform as an instructor.
- Working flexible hours and shifts both during training and deployments.
- Directing and developing technicians which includes on the job training, conducting pre-job briefs, defining task requirements, coaching, documentation, and handling conflicts while ensuring safety and compliance.
