FrancePaskeySwope is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near York, PA

Join our fast-paced law firm as our new Office Receptionist, who is responsible for managing the front desk and reception area. The Receptionist performs general administrative duties and also handles and redirects (as appropriate) all incoming calls.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Answers phone inquiries and redirects them as appropriate
  • Greets clients in a professional and pleasant manor
  • Has a positive work ethic and can be counted on to timely complete all assigned tasks
  • Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Perform administrative and clerical support tasks
  • Sends and collects potential client intake forms
  • Sorts and delivers mail.
  • Maintains the supplies, postage and general office equipment in a timely manner

Position Qualifications:

  • Must be articulate and possess a friendly disposition with a professional demeanor
  • Must be proficient with computer software applications (e.g., Excel, Word)

Should be able to work independently and be reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,000.00 - $42,455.45 per year
