A growing value-add multi-family real estate private equity firm is seeking an experienced fundraising professional to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role in driving the firm's next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leverage your existing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and smaller institutional investors to raise $30M in equity capital over the next 12 months

- Manage the entire capital raising process from initial outreach through to closing

- Collaborate with the firm's principals on marketing/positioning strategy (opportunity for a senior hire)

The Firm:

- Focused on acquiring deeply discounted multi-family properties in the Midwest at 60-80% of value through their vertically-integrated platform

- Target 20% IRRs by executing value-add renovations/repositionings

- $350M assets under management alongside joint venture partner

- 56% IRR and 2.3x equity multiple across 22 prior exits

The Role:

- $80K - $160K base salary, with majority of comp via bonus

- Bonus: 50-100 bps of capital raised

- Additional promote: $50K - $100K based on capital raised (based on $20m-$30m raised)

Qualifications:

- Established track record of institutional capital raising success

- Existing relationships with prospective investor targets

- Prior experience at smaller, entrepreneurial investment firms preferred
