Francis King are engaged with a $700m Commercial Real Estate Investment Manager, looking to hire an enthusiastic Investor Relations Associate.

The Investor Relations Specialist is responsible for managing the flow of information between the company, its investors, and the financial community. This role combines expertise in finance, communication, and marketing to effectively control investor relations strategies and activities.

The Company:

Based in North West Houston, this Real Estate Investment firm has experienced massive growth, and is in the next stage of attracting institutional capital through niche and high performing strategies.

This firm has experienced national press recognition through notable investments and is scaling up it's acquisition targets & its investor base.

The Role:

• Work on a day to day basis with the founder and Capital Raising team to be a key point of contact for inbound queries for investors.
• Manage the RFP/ DDQ activities and distribute presentations/ communications when required.
• Attendance to meetings and events with the founder as a wider requirement to build relationships with investors
• Provide regular updates to the investor community regarding investment performance, market conditions, reports and corporate actions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to compile info for corporate communication

Opportunity:

• Wide exposure of the business, and being under the wing of the founder, opportunities to take on more senior management roles
• Moves into capital raising

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in an Investor Relations role, within an investment management firm
• Highly organised
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail orientated
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
• Live in the Houston area ideally (or willing to relocate)
