1 year Medical Assisting in an outpatient setting preferred
Community outreach experience preferred
Behavioral Health experience preferred
Community Health Worker Certification (CHW) - Illinois - Community Health Worker Advisory Board Indiana- Affiliated Service Providers of Indiana ASPIN preferred certification
