WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Assist Program Coordinator with all events, marketing, budgets, staffing needs and specialty programs.

Work with the Program Coordinator to develop and maintain budget for department.

Develop programs for any specialty programs.

Coordinate promotion, staffing and set-up for special events.

Work as Manager on Duty when assigned.

Work with Program Coordinator to create and implement annual calendar.

Conduct all training needed, creating an atmosphere of learning and cooperation.

Establish and implement systems for effective communication to staff and program audience of programs and their specified parameters.

Write or distribute club information as necessary / assigned.

Submit requisition for all advertising, printing materials, supplies and equipment to Fitness Supervisor and / or Program Coordinator.

16 hours per week PART TIME

QUALIFICATIONS

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - Required within 90 Days

First Aid (AID) - Required within 90 Days

Marketing- 1 year experience preferred

Programming- 1 year experience preferred

High School Diploma / GED- Required

TRAVEL IS REQUIRED : Up to 20%
