Full-Time RN Home Care Nurse

We seek to hire an independent, motivated, full-time staff Nurse who will thrive in a flexible environment. This team position is pivotal to ensure care is available 24 hours a day. Typically work hours are Monday through Friday daytime and some weekend rotation, typically one per month.

We hope you will consider joining Franciscan Home Care and Hospice Care's care team. You will find that our work culture emphasizes collaboration and making the effort to provide the care needed. Our clinical staff work-remotely, travel between patients, provide one-on-one care, and receive support from office staff and clinical supervisors. Our Nursing Supervisor is available to you for consultation on medical questions or areas of concern.

RN/Registered Nurse requirements include:

• Active Connecticut RN license. We cannot accept licenses from other States.
• Current Driver's License.
• A car for visits.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records.
