EVENING POSITION 4:00PM-12:30AM

"St. Jude House is currently looking for a Supervisor of Client Services to add to their team! This position is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the department, including being available to all clients while on shift to resolve issues and offering emotional support and providing documentation regarding client issues and interactions. The Supervisor of Client Services supports the case management of clients and acts as a liaison to the Advocate team and Advisors. Actively involved in the coordination of assessment, planning, facilitation and advocacy, which are achieved through collaboration with the clients, staff, and other professionals involved in the client’s case. It will also support the Assistant Director in hiring, training, scheduling, supervision and guidance to staff reports regarding the client care and works with them to ensure consistent service delivery in the program. *Please note: This is a salaried position.
