Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk 2
Job Summary : Processes invoices and supplier statements timely and adequately.
Education :

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-high school specialized training preferred.

Work Experience :

Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Payable

Skills Abilities :

Must have skills with a computer, and telephone system. Communication and attention to details. Data Entry, Invoice processing. Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word. Oracle ERP system a plus.

License & Cert :

Job Function :
1. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures. Process invoices and reconcilement pf invoices that have not paid. Reconcilement of supplier statements to ensure payment to our suppliers.
2. Prolonged periods of sitting and processing invoices into ERP system. Ability to perform effectively in a stressful and fast paced environment.
