The Student Services Coordinator is a key member of the health system's talent strategy team, who will ensure that all student learners have a smooth and successful onboarding experience. The Student Services Coordinator will work closely with the health system's academic partners, clinical sites, faculty, and staff to provide comprehensive and timely information and assistance to students. The Student Services Coordinator will also facilitate the communication and collaboration among the various stakeholders involved in the health system's education programs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding process for all student learners in the health system, including verifying eligibility, collecting and verifying documents, and issuing student clearance.
- Provide orientation and training to new students on the health system's policies, procedures, expectations, and resources.
- Monitor and track student progress and attendance and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate faculty or staff.
- Respond to student inquiries and requests and escalate any complex or urgent matters to the relevant academic or clinical supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of student information and completion in the health system's database.
- Collaborate with the health system's academic partners, clinical sites, faculty, and staff to ensure effective coordination and integration of the education programs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and evaluation of the health system's student services.
Education: Bachelor's Degree required
