Job Duties
- Manage social media postings and accounts.
- Manage marketing responsibilities and Marketing material, such as creating flyers and newsletters.
- Assist agent in scheduling home showings and appointments
- Prepare contracts from templates.
- Show properties and meet with contractors, if applicable
- Prepare listing materials, pre-listing presentations, listing agreements, CMAs, etc
- Maintain / update certificate of insurance with tenants and vendors.
- Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
- Consult and coordinate with sellers all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements, and marketing activities.
