Job Summary: Our Construction Insurance Specialty team in South Florida is experiencing rapid growth and is currently seeking a dynamic, full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager with specialized experience in Construction Insurance. This role focuses on managing accounts for middle and large-market construction and roofing clients nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Construction-related Property and Casualty insurance, including knowledge of relevant markets, programs, and carriers. A valid and active 220 License is required. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of middle and large-market construction nationwide. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams. Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets Requirements: Valid active 220 FL license Construction Insurance designation(s) – preferred, not required Insurance designation(s) – preferred, not required Working knowledge of/experience with EPIC, AMS360 and ImageRight, preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Multi-lingual a plus Education/Experience: Minimum 5 years Commercial Insurance Account Management (or similar) experience, required High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent required.
