Job Summary:
Frank Kent Country, a reputable automotive dealership located in Corsicana, Texas, is currently seeking a highly motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, commission-only sales position in the auto industry. As an individual contributor, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to earn an exceptional income and work with one of the most prestigious brands in the industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission-only position with a competitive compensation package ranging from $42,000 to $250,000 per year. Sales associates will be paid bi-monthly based on their performance. Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist showroom customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the dealership
• Utilize various sales techniques to negotiate and close deals
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Attend training and stay updated on new products, features, and services offered by the dealership
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales skills and knowledge
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
