Job Summary:
The Loan Car / Service Cashier Specialist at Frank Kent Motor Company is a full-time, individual contributor role in the Auto industry. This position is located in Fort Worth, Texas and provides an hourly compensation of $17 per hour, paid weekly. As a Loan Car / Service Cashier Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating loaner vehicles for service customers, managing all financial transactions, and ensuring a positive and smooth experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the service and loan car counter
• Coordinate loaner vehicle reservations for service customers
• Manage all financial transactions, including cash, credit card, and check payments
• Collect and enter customer information accurately into the system
• Answer phone calls and schedule service appointments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient and timely vehicle pick-up and drop-off
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Participate in training and professional development programs as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer systems quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
