Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. Manager must be able to operate in a high volume store. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management and possess excellent leadership skills. We will give out bonuses yearly based on performance.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing ones
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and address any concerns
- Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Oversee scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times

Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the food industry is required
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, catering, and banquet services
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
- Knowledge of shift management and ability to create schedules that meet business needs
