The Role You'll Play to Create SuccessWe are excited to announce our search for a full-timeCommercial Lines Product Analyst!In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business every day by promoting our business through excellent customer service by serving as a liaison between the business and the IT organization to meet the system needs of our user.

1. Collects data on the offerings, products, and processes of competitors to evaluate their competitive and strategic positioning in the market as well as developed and projected profitability.
2. Recommends changes to rates, coverage forms and options, and fee structures to increase production and profitability.
3. Coordinates with internal and producing agents, external staff, and third parties to gain an accurate understanding of competitor programs in the market and our strategic placement among them.
4. Works with Underwriting and Business Analysts to implement agreed changes in the most efficient manner.
5. Evaluates production and profitability after implementation of product or process changes.
6. Reports to management on observations, recommendations, and results.

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include a knowledge ofof SQL and other database design tools, with the ability to process, interpret, and communicate complex data and financial information. An associate’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Management or a related field desired, high school diploma or equivalent is required.Two (2) years of experience in primary general liability and workers' compensation underwriting in Florida is required, preferably in a wholesaler environment and focused on contractors.Commercial General Liability and/or Workers Compensation Underwriting Practice or coursework preferred.
