Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Assistant at Prime Contractors, Inc. located in Powder Springs, GA. The Project Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to project managers and teams. The role involves setting up projects, preparing Subcontractor work orders, tracking change orders, answering phones, communicating and coordinating with Subcontractors, data entry, preparing and tracking submittals, preparing close out documents, and billing.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow projects from beginning to end and prepare all required close out documents
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Experience in project coordination or support role
• Knowledge of project management principles and techniques
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Quick Books
• Proficiency using Quantum software would be a plus
