What you will be doing:

• Work with customers to resolve payment issues and monitor their accounts.
• Process daily cash receipts.
• Perform routine customer account data maintenance activities that affect the customer journey and purchasing cycles.
• Define, create, and administer policies and procedures specific to customer accounts and accounts receivable administration, customer order to payment cycle.
• Analyzes and performs root cause analysis to identify and prevent reoccurring problems

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. (Preferred)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Access
• JDE Enterprise One experience
