What you will be doing:

• Evaluates, coordinates, and prioritizes requests for enhancements, fixes, and new applications using Agile development framework to ensure interoperability and consistency of application use and reporting across the enterprise.
• Leads a global team of developers and consultants on work prioritization and career development.
• Reviews and analyzes existing application effectiveness and efficiency and then develops strategies for improving or leveraging these systems to achieve congruency across the company.

What you need:

• Experience in enterprise architecture and design and application integration methodologies
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience managing a team anywhere from 5-10 people
• Project Management
• Agile methodology experience
