The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring discrepancies, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure inventory accuracy and control
- Prepare inventory reports
- Track inventory errors and make appropriate corrections / recommendations
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Record and maintain control of all inventory items
- Count material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock
- Compare inventories to office records
- Prepare a list of depleted or defective items
- Compile information on receipts or disbursements of material and equipment
Supervisory Responsibilities : None
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associates degree in a related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience (required)
- Intermediate word processing and typing skills (required)
- Basic spreadsheet skills (required)
- Microsoft Certified System Engineer training or equivalent (preferred)
