The ideal candidate will be a graduate with an interest in technology and experience in a customer service or customer facing position. This engineer will become an SME in the organizations specific platform and provide white glove support to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of call for customers
- Troubleshoot software issues
- Maintain communication with customer throughout ticket resolution
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in a customer facing position
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Data Migration
- Experience within E-disclosure or E-discovery would be beneficial
