You will have extensive IT experience supporting internally, with increasing responsibility, including system administration, network optimization, and security management. You will need a broad and established skillset across IT support and the ability to provide enhanced and effective technical assistance to end users.

They are investing in their technical stack over the coming months which will give you the opportunity to work across cutting-edge technologies, leading system support and network troubleshooting across the infrastructure, with a particular focus on their upcoming cloud migration projects.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Windows Desktop and Server, AD, O365, hardware, software
• PowerShell Scripting and VMware vSphere 7, SQL
• Administrating Cisco Network and Firewall infrastructure
• Identify and implement IT solutions
• NetApp FAS Storage, Veam, Sophos
• Duo Security, Proofpoint, MDR
• Cybersecurity Frameworks
• Extensive experience in IT support and system admin

Desirable:

• Experience in the AEC services sector
• Adobe Acrobat Pro, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
