Franklin Foods is looking for a detail oriented marketer with a keen design eye to fill the role of Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Head of Product Portfolio and Marketing, this person will provide essential support in executing marketing strategies and product initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage multiple projects, maintain high quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.

Major Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:

Packaging Development & Asset Management:

• Collaborate with the design and product teams to develop and refine product packaging.
• Assist in the creation and review of packaging mock-ups and prototypes.
• Oversee digital asset management.

Project Management:

• Manage and track project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Marketing Activation:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and social media accounts.
• Assist in the development of marketing, brand, and PR materials.
• Coordinate events, promotions, and other marketing activities as needed.
• Oversee social media across all platforms for owned brands.

Skills

• You have a bias for action, a passion for problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail.
• You are naturally curious, eager to learn about cream cheese, and able to keep a pulse on the category.
• You possess excellent organizational and project management skills.
• You enjoy creating and optimizing internal processes, systems, and tools.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable analyzing data.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of CPG (consumer packaged goods) business strongly preferred.
• Strong design sensibility with experience in packaging preferred.
• Clear demonstration of project management & leadership skills.

Shift and Schedule:

This is a part-time position working, Monday through Friday.
