WHAT THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ROLE ENTAILS
Schedule:
This full-time position typically works Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays on a rotating basis. Occasionally, after-hours emergency calls may be required to ensure the continuous comfort and safety of our residents.
Day-to-Day:
As our Maintenance Supervisor, you play a crucial role in the daily operations. You lead a team to ensure all maintenance requests are completed promptly and to the highest standards. You excel at troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems, keeping our properties in peak condition. You're not just a leader; you're a go-getter and problem-solver, coordinating maintenance requests, managing supplies, and keeping detailed records. Your dedication to excellence and proactive approach ensures our properties are safe, functional, and comfortable for our residents!
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC certification
• Maintenance experience
