As an integrated interiors installation professional you will help our clients fulfill the final steps of their projects by delivering, staging, assembling commercial furniture, walls, and technology products at a variety of workplaces and construction sites. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of Installer I criteria at Franklin Interiors or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic mathematical, measurement, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Teamwork and positive attitude.
• Dependability and promptness.
• Ability to lift, carry and maneuver heavy furniture up to 150 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Successfully unloads, stages, and uncartons product safely, without damage to product or jobsite.
• Cleans installation product and jobsite.
• The ability to follow instructions given by designated supervisor as well as give instructions when designated as “supervisor”. Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains a neat and professional appearance through adherence to dress code and utilizes PPE when required.
• Follows all safety procedures including proper and safe operating of company vehicles and obeying all traffic laws.
• Accurately completes all required written documentation.
• Have developed knowledge of product lines and installation techniques through observation, and assembly experience gained, and by actively pursuing training opportunities.
• Have basic understanding of warehouse shipping and receiving operations, following all correct procedures, as well as warehouse layout.
• Actively participate in the company’s Quality Improvement Program.
• Punches in and out per direction of Scheduler in Clock Shark or any other timekeeping system company utilizes.
• Has and maintains a valid DOT card and Driver’s license.

*** Due to the nature of the industry, all installation personnel may be required to work over-time, including nights and weekends with little or no notice.
