Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Liquor Store Associate to join our team. The Liquor Store Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience while assisting with various operational tasks within the store.

Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, assist them in finding products, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

- Point of Sale (POS) Operation: Efficiently operate the POS system to process transactions, handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and issue receipts accurately.

- Stocking and Merchandising: Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves, coolers, and displays with products. Ensure that products are properly labeled, priced, and organized to enhance visibility and accessibility for customers.

- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times. This includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, and wiping down surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.

- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines regarding the sale and handling of alcoholic beverages, including checking identification to verify legal drinking age.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
