Customer Account Representative

As the Customer Account Representative you will be an integral part of our team as the main point of contact one of Franklin Logistics' specific client. This position is highly dependent on self-motivation, communication, and details. Reliability and the ability to work well with others is a must. This position will be working hand-in-hand with our client to ensure their specific operational needs are met in a timely and accurate manner. The customer account representative reports directly to the Customer Service Account Manager and is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with a 1 hour lunch period

Starting Pay Range is: up to $22/hour based on experience

Get paid weekly via direct deposit.

Primary Job Duties Include:

  • Communicate with customer via email and phone
  • Assign and release orders sent for loading and unloading
  • Allocate and research inventory for orders
  • Coordinate workloads among warehouse workers, material handlers and truck drivers
  • Prepare work orders; troubleshoot orders and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Enter data for inbound and/or outbound freight into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and create bills of lading (BOLs)
  • Maintain and generate required reports as directed by CSRM.
Requirements:

Experience and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
  • 2-years of logistics scheduling and customer service
  • Proficiency in 3PL processes
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication
  • Must be able to problem solve and focus on details
