OFFICE SPECIALIST

Franklin Pest Control of Franklin, TN is a growing family owned operated business. We are looking for a part time Office Specialist to join our team. The Office Specialist will be responsible for front office activities and performs all general administrative tasks. This position will perform the day-to-day operations of the office and the working hours are from 9am to 3pm.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize routes for our service professionals
  • Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, provides proper information, or conducts visitors to appropriate person
  • Answers telephone giving information to callers and routing other calls to appropriate persons
  • Assembles and assists in assembling information for various reports and project
  • Maintains attendance records and time records for personnel
  • Maintains a filing system for various records
  • Assures the confidentiality of mail, correspondence, and reports
  • Keeps appointment schedule and develops itineraries
  • Responds to inquiries from employees
  • Receives the public and answer questions in person, by telephone, or email
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Adheres to state and federal regulations, company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required or requested

  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Above average computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Collections and scheduling experience are a plus
  • Neat and Professional

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license (Required)
  • High school diploma or Equivalent
  • Customer Service 1 year
  • W-9
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Quick Book

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
