General Responsibilities-Prepare foods according to established recipe, serve, and clean-up work area-Keep proper records as instructed including but not limited to: Production Records, Temperature Logs, and Cash Reports-Understand what is inclusive of a reimbursable meal-Ensure storage of food in a proper and sanitary manner-Assist in cleaning kitchen and storage areas-Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure-Adhere to all HACCP regulations for sanitation, food handling, and storage-Be able to work well with others-Perform duties as assigned by the Cafeteria Manager or Food Service DirectorPhysical Demands-Must be able to lift cases up to 40 pounds and carry them from storage areas to work areas-Standing for a long period of time, reaching, crouching, -Must be able to handle variations of temperatures, working in cold or hot environments
