Essential Job Functions:

• Perform all cleaning tasks associated with the assigned run.

• Demonstrate ability to meet district standards for cleaning.
• Work cooperatively with building staff in setting up for various building uses.
• Maintain tools and equipment according to manufacturers recommendations.
• Secure building/area as needed.

Marginal Job Functions:

• Perform minor maintenance duties including but not limited to replacement of lights/ballasts and minor plumbing repairs.

• Perform grounds keeping duties including but not limited to mowing, trimming, weeding and snow removal.
• Perform such other duties as may be assigned consistent with the position of Custodian III.

• Perform a variety of other duties as may be assigned consistent with the position of Custodian III without loss of efficiency or composure.
• Knowledgeable in accepted industry standards for cleaning/maintenance practices.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the district finds appropriate and acceptable.
