Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topographic features, and other important information. You will work with advanced surveying equipment and software to collect and analyze data. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various surveying techniques and equipment
- Determine accurate measurements and boundaries of land parcels
- Create detailed survey reports and maps
- Utilize software such as Carlson, AutoCAD, Revit, and GIS for data analysis and mapping
- Perform calculations using algebra and trigonometry principles
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Use GPS and robotics technology for precise measurements
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure its proper functioning

Skills:
- Proficiency in land surveying techniques and principles
- Strong knowledge of algebra and trigonometry for accurate calculations
- Experience with surveying software such as Carlson, AutoCAD, Revit, and GIS
- Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports and maps
- Familiarity with GPS and robotics technology for precise measurements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
