Fraser is hiring for motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work part-time with our clients in a group setting within our group homes and apartments with a flexible biweekly schedule.

We are looking for individuals that would be able to commit to a set number of hours per week and be cross-trained at multiple sites.

Your flexibility will allow for you to make a massive impact with our clients and give you more control over the schedule that you desire.

Responsibilities :

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help clients with :

• Medication administration
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Money management
• Treatment documentation
• Personal cares (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes
• Meal preparation (must be willing to handle all types of food)
• Planning and transportation to / from activities
• Community integration

Fraser Offers :

• $500 or $1,000 hiring bonus depending on location
• $15.00-$16.00 / hour pay (plus meals on some shifts)
• Weekend shift differential ($1.00 added to base pay rate for hours worked 10pm Friday through 9am Monday).
• If an employee works overtime in a week where the weekend shift differential is applied, the shift differential rate will be factored into a blended overtime rate.

Available Locations and Schedules :

Fraser is currently hiring for part-time staff in the north or south metro. Hours vary by location; all potential scheduling options will be discussed during the phone interview.

Requirements :

• High School diploma / equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience working with individuals with diverse needs is preferred, however not required. We offer paid training!
• Valid Minnesota Drivers License with acceptable record (non-driving roles also available).
• Ability to pass DHS background study.
• Use of clear and understandable written and verbal English.
• Capacity to work independently and use strong decision-making skills.
• Physical ability to lift / carry up to 50 lbs.
• Passion for serving our clients.

Direct Support Professional is similar in job duties to PCA, CNA, Direct Support Staff, Program Counselor, Caregiver, HHA, and Direct Care Staff.
