Fraser is seeking Occupational Therapist's to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team! This role offers the opportunity to provide therapeutic evaluations, treatment, and interventions to children and adolescents. • Licensed or eligible for license by the Minnesota Department of Health required (Minimum of temporary license.)
• Ability to pass DHS Background check.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with acceptable record is preferred. Access to reliable transportation and the ability to travel independently throughout the metro area within a reasonable amount of time is required.
• Eligible for membership in the appropriate national organization required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of doctor’s order, and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Provide therapeutic treatment according to the doctor’s order.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress.
• Collaborates closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitioners.
• Maintain clean equipment in good repair.
• Communicate with funding sources as directed by the Clinical Accounts Receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered.
• Communicate appropriate aspects of the client’s program to all involved persons and operate in conjunction with other disciplines and team members.

Compensation:
