Summary:

This position requires a highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while adhering to deadlines. This candidate would be responsible for verifying and reconciling transactions of our retail locations to our bank accounts.

Frasier Enterprises is in Johnstown, NY and is the headquarters for a multi-franchise ownership organization that operates in over 600 locations across the US. There are over 1200 employees nationwide and operations in 26 states. This is an onsite position located in Johnstown NY.

Responsibilities include by are not limited to:

· Performing multiple bank account reconciliations

· Maintaining accounts receivable files and records

· Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries

· Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying and classifying data

· Set up of new or existing locations for banking, financing companies, credit cards etc.

Requirements:

• Computer software skills, including Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience reconciling financials.
• Ability to identify errors.
• Appropriate handling of sensitive information.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger
