Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant to join our team in a private school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children. This role involves supporting teachers and students in various educational activities.

Duties:

- Assist teachers in implementing educational programs
- Provide one-on-one support to students under guidance of lead teacher
- Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
- Support literacy education and early childhood development initiatives
- Collaborate with educators to address the individual needs of students
- Assist in childcare activities and ensure student safety

Requirements:

-A love for working with preschool age children- Experience working with children, preferably in a classroom or childcare setting
- Ability to collaborate and work well with other teaching staff to create a warm environment that is developmentally appropriate for preschool aged children
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers and parents
- Ability to multitask

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
