My client is looking for a HR Project & Transformation Lead based in Edinburgh.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in the future success of the business through the delivery of concurrent, large-scale people-related projects.

Heading up HR Transformation Projects, your key accountabilities will include:

• Working closely with Operations Leaders and HR CoE’s to ensure consistency & joined-up approach.
• Large scale change and transformation projects across a variety of areas including Org Design, Resourcing, Training.
• Engaging stakeholders central to the success of specific projects including SLT, managers, core workforce and HR.
• Engaging with the SMEs, managing the accountabilities of stakeholders and deadlines.
• Presenting to the SLT on progress, providing reports and presentations to a broad audience, to inform and engage them with the initiatives/project updates.
• Engaging with Unions.

To be considered for this role you will be a proven Senior HR Project or HR Programmes specialist with experience including the core areas of HR such as resourcing, org design, engagement, talent etc) with proven experience of large-scale transformation and HR projects (as an HRBP or in a dedicated HR project role) within a commercial, 'blue collar' setting ie manufacturing/engineering, oil & gas, logistics or similar.

You will be adept at partnering & influencing senior leaders up to c-suite with the ability to navigate complex structures and understand the appropriate levers and the ability to work at a strategic level, driving projects forward.

This role will suit a communicative individual with a high level of EQ and commercial acumen, used to working in a complex unionised environment and a variety of settings on high profile projects (will also consider interim backgrounds).

Salary up to c£100k per annum plus bens (poss some stretch).

This is a hybrid role with 3/4 days onsite therefore you will need to live within a commutable distance of Edinburgh.
