Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates for technical roles, using both active and passive strategies
Schedule interviews, coordinate the recruitment process, and manage candidate pipelines
Negotiate salaries, extend offers, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
Leverage expertise in financial services, tech, and sourcing to attract top talent
