Responsibilities
· Full life cycle recruitment & advisement of Technology and Quant talent
· Manage the entire candidate recruitment process from inception to execution
· Source and develop network of candidates through LinkedIn, our ATS, referrals and innovative research techniques
· Craft insightful InMail’s to attract some of most sought after talent in the industry
· Conduct outbound calls to highly qualified and targeted candidates
· Collaborative with other team members to maximize efficiency and results
Requirements
· Collegial and collaborative.
· 1 years of experience in a recruiting or professional sales role
· Execution track record
· Pride yourself on attention detail, quality of work, and meaningful measurements of development and success
· Bachelor’s Degree
