Frecon Technologies is Hiring a CNC MILL OPERATOR Near Cincinnati, OH
General Accountabilities:
- Set up machine -- choose correct program; select correct tooling; set work coordinates; run first article part.
- Machine parts to dimensions/tolerance specifications using precision instruments, such as micrometers.
- Maintain machine to keep in proper operational condition.
- Make simple modifications to program if needed.
- Work with engineering, supervisory, or manufacturing personnel to recommend modifications for improved efficiency or adaptability.
- Enter data into the shop software program.
- Must work additional hours, if needed, to meet customer delivery schedules.
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time
- Experience: At least 3 years' experience as machinist.
- Education: Completion of apprenticeship program and/or college/technical school training program preferred.

- Working knowledge of Master Cam, Solidworks a plus
