Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on Mazda vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and effectively with customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Mazda technical training and certifications.
• Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards.

Qualifications:

• ASE Master Mazda Technician certification preferred but not necessary
• At least 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with specific experience in Mazda vehicles preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
