These support services can include intensive care coordination with the family's extended team of providers, safety planning and crisis management, ongoing clinical assessments, direct behavioral and mental health treatment and intervention, and opportunities for psychotherapy and psychiatric and medication monitoring.
Join our team as: Behavior SpecialistWhat You Will DoThe Behavioral Specialist is responsible for leading 1:1 direct behavioral intervention service to participants and caregivers in their residence or community; documentation of services; collaboration with other social service, Regional Center, educational or mental health professionals; and actively participating in group and individual supervision. Additional responsibilities include administrative tasks such as tallying behaviors or creating behavioral forms. The Behavior Specialist is active in supporting and implementing wraparound philosophy and its individualized, strengths-based, culturally responsive, family-centered approach to behavioral, evidence-based intervention.
Shifts AvailableFull-Time- M-F 9am - 5:30 pm
Salary RangeIn accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is between $24.81 and $40.41 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

What You Bring to The Table (requirements):
- BS/BA
- Experience working with children and families
- Motivation to continue learning and growing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- High ethical standards
- Promote positive morale and team cohesion
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, able to maintain records, and work independently
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers, supervisors, and youths
- CA driver’s license (or ability to obtain one) and reliable transportation
