Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare and review income tax returns for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, LLC’s, Trusts and individuals;

· Conduct tax research, respond to tax notices;

· Self-manage and prioritize tax assignments;

· Participate in client engagement by providing corporate, partnership and individual tax services; research potential tax issues;

· Prepare adjusting journal entries, tax projections and analysis of general ledger; prepare general ledger entries and appropriate reconciliations for month-end, quarterly and year-end closing for clients

· Build relationship with existing clients;

· Enter time daily to ensure current and accurate tracking of hours;

· Initial review support on simple tax returns prepared by staff level team members;

· Preparing, compiling and reviewing financial statements;

· Work closely with partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development activities
