This includes localized grass-roots or neighborhood marketing, media and public relations endeavors, sponsorships (paid partnerships with for-profit organizations), and active community involvement initiatives (paid and non-paid partnerships with non-profit organizations).
Position Overview:
We're seeking an exceptionally organized, goal-oriented, and results-driven Local Division Marketing Manager with a keen focus on Boots on the Ground (BOTG) strategies to bolster community engagement and drive revenue, particularly in catering. Your mission will be to foster connections with local businesses, amplify our presence within the community, and optimize performance metrics such as catering revenue, guest count, and Voice of the Guest (VOTG) feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role involves being physically present in the community, forging connections, and driving brand awareness and revenue through direct interactions.
The candidate will spearhead efforts to cultivate relationships with various community organizations, such as government entities, schools, and churches, leveraging the DJ Hospitality to fulfill their needs and objectives.
Overall, your role as a Local Store Marketing Director is to be the eyes, ears, and voice of the brand within the local community, driving tangible business results through hands-on, localized marketing efforts.
